All income earners are assigned a TIN which is to be indicated on the document to be filed with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for proper identification of tax purpose.
Provide proof of your TIN record by submitting any of the following:
o Photocopy of processed 1902/1905, 2305 & 2316 forms
o TIN ID card
o BIR print-out
You may check your TIN on-line through www.bir.gov.ph or call 981-7000.
If you do not have a TIN prior to employment with 24/7 Customer, you may request for a BIR Form 1902 from your Employee Services representative.
o Complete the form and attach 3 copies of your birth certificate issued by the NSO or Local Civil Registry
o Go to the BIR Office: RDO 50 Atrium Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City
o Please provide ES a photocopy of the processed form as proof of your Tax Identification Number
